User account plans

Live Hub offers a Trial Plan and an Essential Plan.

Trial Plan

Upon initial registration to Live Hub, you offered a free trial plan for your first account only, which includes the following: 

Your Trial Plan account will be deleted after 3 months from the time it was created. A warning email will be sent to you before your account is deleted.

Inactive Trial Plan

Your account becomes inactive when it has no more credit (0 or negative balance). In this scenario, none of your bots or SIP connections can handle calls and you cannot manage your Live Hub (for example, add or edit bots and numbers). For your account to become active, you need to add credit so that it has a positive balance. The phone number will be kept for 28 days from the day it was purchased and will then be deleted.

Your Inactive Trial Plan account will be deleted after 3 months, from the time the it was created. A warning email will be sent to you before your account is deleted.

Essential plan

Once you add credit to your Trial plan account so that you have a positive balance, you're account type is automatically upgraded to the Essential plan account. This account provides you with full privileges to the Live Hub capabilities. Removing all limitations from the free trial plan, except for features like making outbound calls, which will still require AudioCodes admin approval.

We recommend you use the auto-recharge feature, which will automatically fill up your account when it gets low.
Inactive Essential plan

If your account balance reaches $0 or less, the account becomes Inactive Essential account. In this case, none of your bots or SIP connections can handle calls and you cannot manage your Live Hub (for example, add or edit bots and numbers). For your account to become active, you need to add credit so that it has a positive balance.

If no credit is added, the account is deleted three months from the date it became inactive. Phone numbers connected to this account are deleted 28 days from the date the account became inactive. A warning email is sent to you before your account and phone numbers are deleted.
