User account plans
Live Hub offers a Trial Plan and an Essential Plan.
Trial Plan
Upon initial registration to Live Hub, you offered a free trial plan for your first account only, which includes the following:

You are automatically awarded $10 USD complimentary credit from AudioCodes.

This account provides you with access to nearly all Live Hub available features.

You can configure up to two SIP connections (of any provider type).

One month free for 50 Teams users. If you configure more than 50 users during this free month period, Live Hub will charge for the extra users only. For example, if you configure 70 users, you will be charged only for the extra 20 users in the first month.

You cannot configure outbound call routing to the public telephony system (PSTN) using phone numbers supplied by AudioCodes. This means that the call destination can't be set to a phone number supplied by AudioCodes.

You can have only one phone number at the same time. If you delete a phone number, you can purchase another phone number if there is sufficient money in the trial account balance. Phone numbers will be kept for 28 days from the day they were purchased and will then be deleted.

There are some limitations on the calls per second and maximum concurrent calls.
Inactive Trial Plan
Your account becomes inactive when it has no more credit (0 or negative balance). In this scenario, none of your bots or SIP connections can handle calls and you cannot manage your Live Hub (for example, add or edit bots and numbers). For your account to become active, you need to add credit so that it has a positive balance. The phone number will be kept for 28 days from the day it was purchased and will then be deleted.
Essential plan
Once you add credit to your Trial plan account so that you have a positive balance, you're account type is automatically upgraded to the Essential plan account. This account provides you with full privileges to the Live Hub capabilities. Removing all limitations from the free trial plan, except for features like making outbound calls, which will still require AudioCodes admin approval.
Inactive Essential plan
If your account balance reaches $0 or less, the account becomes Inactive Essential account. In this case, none of your bots or SIP connections can handle calls and you cannot manage your Live Hub (for example, add or edit bots and numbers). For your account to become active, you need to add credit so that it has a positive balance.
